Neighboorhood Christmas Party 2011

 This was probably the girls only encounter with snow this year :( They loved it!

 Waiting in line to meet SANTA (or Tanta as Taylor would call him)!!

 Kaylin was so excited! She kept saying over and over that she wasn't shy and that she could talk to Santa. She gave him a list of about 5 things, all of which were different then the things she had told me to get her. I had to reconvince her that she really wanted the things we had already purchased!

Santa couldn't understand Taylor, but she was just as excited as Kaylin to talk to Santa!

Halloween 2011

 These are the costumes the girls chose for the ward Trunk or Treat.

 Taylor was my Flapper dancer.

 And Kaylin was my Ballerina.

 But, you can never where the same outfit twice! So Taylor was Snow White and Kaylin was the Flapper dancer for our neighborhood Halloween party.

Kaylin won the costume contest for her age group!

Kaylin's 1st FIRST day of school!

I was just going to post a couple pics but I just could not just choose a couple! This was a huge moment in our lives! The very FIRST first day of my first child's school career!!! Taylor had to join in the picture taking of course! Love these cute little posers! (Where did they get that?!?!) Kaylin was so excited to start school! She has great teachers and has made lots of friends!
